Dragon Sourcing is a leading procurement service provider. One client recently requested a list of credible vendors selling textile dust sheets. They requested that we help them find alternative suppliers to increase product quality and establish long-term connections. Our client instructed that we only look for suppliers in China, India, Vietnam, and Pakistan. After getting our customer’s request, we finished our demand study to grasp and find our client’s product and essential wants. We then conducted a supply analysis based on the demand analysis to identify potential providers that fit our customer’s requirements. We did a thorough market analysis and located 98 suppliers who supplied the things sought by our customers.
We conducted a prescreening effort to narrow and manage the list of potential providers. We rejected certain suppliers based on simple criteria agreed upon (the firm cannot export, is not interested in selling items to a foreign company, and so on). Following the prescreening phone interview, we identified 54 vendors and mailed them an RFI-RFQ. Following discussions with the customer, this RFI-RFQ was created. The RFI-RFQ was created to address all of the factors that would make the vendors selected through this procedure the greatest fit for their unique needs (export knowledge, appropriate technology, quality certification, and so on). We received early answers from 24 of the 54 suppliers to whom the RFI-RFQ was sent.
We thoroughly examined the RFQ and scored it against a scorecard to evaluate providers and select the best one. Following a study of the vendors’ RFI-RFQs, we selected four suitable suppliers for our customer who satisfied our client’s requirements. We suggested that our consumers collect samples from the recommended suppliers before settling on the one that provides the best goods and services at the most affordable prices. We completed the assignment in 8 weeks and submitted all the papers and charts to our customer.
